[Well you only need one apk software it will do all the work for you and even copies transfers all your contacts into your phone with two clicks so you don’t have to do]
Use apk pure if google play store no longer works.

OPEN SIM CARD INFO AND TOUCH CONTACTS OPTION. [CURRENTLY WORKS FOR Android 10, 11, 12,14] NOT TESTED WITH OLDER VERSIONS. BUT ALWAYS WORTH A TRY.
Touch green circle at the bottom on the right side with two arrows.
[ THEN ALLOW TO ACCESS YOUR CONTACTS]
WAIT FEW MINUTES AND YOU SHOULD SEE A LIST OF CONTACTS.
[TOUCH SELECT ALL] ,
[NEXT COPY TO SIM CARD EVERYTHING].
[THAT’S IT YOU HAVE ALL YOUR CONTACTS ON YOUR PHONE NOW].
